What is your MOQ and typical lead time?
For private label herbal tea bags, orders start from 300 boxes when you use one of our existing blends with your own packaging, and from 1,500 boxes for a custom formula. The exact starting quantity depends on how many bags go in each box, because the printed box and the printed film each have their own print minimums. Tea bag production takes a minimum of 15 working days from formula confirmation and payment, when raw materials are in stock. From April to June, allow about 10 extra working days. Batch testing is carried out through the production facility’s quality-control laboratory according to the confirmed product and order scope. Available testing can include identity, marker compounds, heavy metals, pesticide residues, microbiological limits and sulfur dioxide. Batch COAs and supporting records can be provided according to the confirmed order requirements.
Is the production facility FDA-registered, and what does that mean for US buyers?
The production facility holds a current U.S. FDA food facility registration under 21 CFR Part 1, Subpart H. The registration number is available to verified buyers
on request.
FDA facility registration is a filing requirement, not an approval or endorsement — it does not mean the FDA has evaluated or approved any product. For US importers it means the facility is on file and eligible to ship food products to the United States, provided all other import requirements are met.
